Brisbane City Council has a variety of programs that acknowledge and value the unique contributions that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people make to the city. These programs include the Indigenous Art Program, Gathering, Aboriginal culture trails, celebration of NAIDOC Week, Black History Month, and more.
Gilimbaa worked with Council to create a video showcasing the various Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander programs Council coordinates and supports in partnership with community. We scripted, storyboarded, shot, and edited the final video (including a social media cutdown), which was completed with a voiceover by Jill Robinson.
